Systeme Helmholz Benelux B.V. processes your (business) name, address, and email data because you use our services and/or because you have provided this information to us.
Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Systeme Helmholz Benelux B.V. processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Handling your payment
- Sending our newsletter
- To be able to call or email you if necessary to carry out our services
- To inform you about changes to our services and products
- To deliver goods and services to you
- Systeme Helmholz Benelux B.V. also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.

Systeme Helmholz Benelux B.V. does not make decisions based on automated processing that can have significant consequences for individuals. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems without human intervention (for example, an employee of Systeme Helmholz Benelux B.V.).

Systeme Helmholz Benelux B.V. remains responsible for these processes.
Access, Modify, or Delete Data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Additionally, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Systeme Helmholz Benelux B.V., and you have the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization specified by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@helmholz-benelux.eu. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Systeme Helmholz Benelux B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. If you believe that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact us at info@helmholz-benelux.eu.
Special and/or Sensitive Personal Data We Process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old unless they have permission from parents or a guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without this consent, please contact us at info@helmholz-benelux.eu, and we will delete this information.
